DIGITAL SOLUTIONS BUSINESS MANAGER - EUROPE SOUTH REGION (DBM – AM – 19)

Our client is the local subsidiary of a well-reputed brand multinational group operating on the global market in the manufacturing and sale of industrial consumer goods, whose main assets are customer focus, product and service quality, innovation, solid economic and financial management.

We have now been assigned the search of the:

DIGITAL SOLUTIONS BUSINESS MANAGER - EUROPE SOUTH REGION (DBM – AM – 19)

Within EMEA Digital Business Strategy, this new Role will be responsible for a new customer subscription service to be launch in Italy, Greece and Balkans. 

Main responsibilities:
- Starting from the Company digital solutions vision, contribute to define and adapt the digital Solution go-to-market approach and Channel strategy to local reality in order to maximize effort and result in assigned markets.
- Act as window between EMEA Business solutions team and local Regional departments/functions.
- Act as Business Partner vs local Trade Channels and Networks in assigned markets.
- Collaborate effectively with EMEA business solutions central team to develop Sales and Trade Marketing plan for assigned markets according EMEA Business solutions general guidelines.
- Coordinate and ensure timely and efficient deployment of Sales and Marketing plan by Channel and by Network in assigned markets in coordination with local Regional departments/functions to achieve the agreed targets and expected benefits according EMEA general guidelines.
- Contribute to prepare the Mid-Term-Plan (MTP) and yearly Original Budget (OB) for assigned Markets, Channel and Networks by providing timely quality data.  
- Ensure continuous growth of Business Solutions in terms of Net Sales, Volume, Profitability and overall Operational Efficiency according the plans agreed at MTP and OB time.

- Strong planning & execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills 
- Team Player, Adaptable, Flexible, Entrepreneur
- Adapt to fast change easily in an efficient way;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Italian and English – other languages are an asset.

Experience:
- University Degree in Economics, Master or equivalent experience.
- +7 years’ experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, Retail, Digital, Service
- Solid understanding of E.Commerce
- Experience in Multinational Service/solution industry (desirable)
- Proven experience of working in a Multinational organization
    
Based in: Milan with frequent travel.
